I am 18 weeks and I was told my son has no nasal bone. Does this mean he will have D/S?

I am 18 weeks pregnant and yesterday me and my husband found out that our son has no nasal bone. Now she also told us that Asians and afrocarribeans have small nasal bones. My husbands thai and Laos and I am native american and afro american. does this mean he could have a chance of having a small nasal bone? Im freaking about what might happen if he doesn't develop the nasal bone. I got the blood work done yesterday and they will give us the results back in 5 days. We will also be talking to a geneticist. Has anyone else gone through this?
