Will my driver's license be suspended for possession of marijuana under 28.5 grams in California?

A couple of months ago I was charged with possession of under 28.5 grams of marijuana. The judge offered to dismiss the charges if I did a diversion program, which includes not getting any drug charges for 3 months. It has not been 3 months, and last week I was charged again with possession of under 28.5 grams of marijuana. Are there any more alternatives to getting charged for second offenses like community service or is there a possibility that my license won't be suspended?
