Job opportunities for felons?

It's my first offense and I am doing a diversion prgram to get it off my record after I do the probation. In the meantime what jobs can I get? I'm aware that it'll be hard but I'm looking for anything. I need serious help, if you don't know then don't answer. I don't want to know what you think, I want real answers. Any fast food places that might hire? Anything?
