Tumblr url confusion?

somebody followed me on tumblr, i wanted to click onto their blog/link to see what their blog was like, but when i did it came up with a diversion to google saying that it is a 'phishing site' and whenever i tried to click on it it wouldn't let me and went to the diversion again, why is this happening and what does phishing mean?
