What should I do with my hair!?

I'm a 14 year old boy and I have blonde hair with pretty loose curls. If I'm honest, I getting a bit sick of the mop top/Afro thing I have going on... I'm just wondering if anyone has suggestions as to how I should style/cut it to look good..
