I have judicial diversion would a restraining order violate me?

A lady I have known stayed with me on the road for 17 months. On a spur of the moment deal we got married it lasted 5 weeks. Ok now she is mad because I sent some email to her asking could we try and work things out these were non threatning. I have judicial diversion a sort of probation for 4 more years. If she files a restraining order would that be a violation?
