That is a good question. You say non of them were a felony so your good there. The problem is the domestic violence and drug rehab thing. You could always try to get one at a gun store. If they deny you it isn't the end of the world. The people don't even know why you were denied. They just say no and then you will know. If you can't there is a way to re-instate your rights to own a gun. As for the CCW, if you can own a gun then you will be able to get a CCW.
