Pretrail Diversion can I still join the army?

For enlistment purposes, you are considered guilty since you did a diversion program. Don't hide the fact that you was charged with a crime from your recruiter. If that is the only thing on your record you won't even need a waiver to enlist. But if you hide it and it comes back on a background check you can be discharged for fraudulent enlistment.
