Should i have a permantent hair straightening treatment?

i have frizzy big afro like hair i dye my hair and have some bleach in it i have heard about two different types, keratin and yuko but i hear keratin uses and can make you sick, and yuko shouldnt be used on bleached hair and can make it dry out
