Underage Drinking ticket in Panama City?

A few months back I was in Panama City for Spring Break and received an underage drinking ticket. I put in for the diversion program but I just have one question. I live in Indiana, if I were to not pay this off..would cops in indiana really show up at my door to arrest me..or what would happen. I am going to pay this..just curious how this kind of thing works
