What is the best non painful way to do suicide.?

i am 12 and my dad is in the army.My family is rich but there are so many fights in our house.i have been crying for the last month.i want to run away but my dad has control over an agency like the CIA so he can track me.so guys plz tell me. dont type jokes or things like dont do it. just tell me a non painful way i can do it.
