Why has the Obama admin given up large chunks of land the drug cartels in Arizona?

Criminals from another country take over land inside our borders and the Feds idea of protecting its lawful tax paying citizens is to post some signs telling us to stay away while leaving the INVADERS to do business as usual . Well ain't that just dandy!!!!!!!
