Can i get these dismissed?

I was convicted of fraudulent use of a credit card under 500, and theft. They are both Class A misdemeanors in the state of Kentucky, it happened 3 years ago. I payed back restitution and did community service, it was my first time offense. Can i do something to have them dismissed since it was my first offenses, like a diversion program? Please help me, it's been affecting my employment, any kind of help would be appreciated!
