What should i do next?

in 2008 i was caught with weed with some friends. my "friends" took off and stuck me w/ a joint. (wasnt smoking wasnt even lit at the time) Anyways,i ended up getting arrested. I had no priors not even a traffic ticket,was a full time student and worked full time. my lawyer was PATHETIC but, i still was put on diversion for 1 yr. I nvr missed a meeting. Well..my fines were being paid off by my mother, but she is very sick and i guess lost track of payments. i had my last meeting w/ diversion and moved home thinking things were handled. turns out, i still owe 1,000 dollars and didnt take a drug class i needed, So,theres are warrant out for my arrest because i didnt fufil all my terms..What should i do?( this all happened in texas where im going to be moving back to to finish school). Do i even need an attorney? Whats the worst possible punishment?? I can prove i was taking care of my family and i held down a job.
